Amanda McQuitty
Amanda McQuitty was born in Sylva, NC and has proudly called Four Oaks, NC home since 2017. Deeply rooted in the community, Amanda is passionate about giving back and staying actively involved in local organizations. She currently serves as Treasurer for the Four Oaks Middle School Athletic Booster Club and is the youth choir director at Benson Grove Baptist Church near Benson, NC.
Amanda is a devoted wife and mother of three boys, and her role as a substitute teacher throughout Johnston County has given her a strong understanding of the local school systems and the needs of families in the area. This firsthand knowledge allows her to be a valuable resource for clients who are relocating or searching for the right home within specific school districts.
In addition to her community involvement, Amanda owns and operates several real estate properties alongside her husband, giving her extensive hands-on experience in property management. From tenant relations to maintenance coordination and investment strategy, she brings practical insight and real-world experience to every transaction.
Amanda joined The Thomas Parker Realty Group in July 2025, partnering with Thomas Parker, to continue growing her work in property management while expanding her focus to helping clients buy and sell homes. She is dedicated to providing honest guidance, strong communication, and personalized service, whether working with first-time homebuyers, sellers, or real estate investors.
