Shane Norris
Shane was born in Smithfield, NC and has lived in Johnston County his entire life. He graduated from Smithfield Selma Senior High School and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He worked in the pharmaceutical industry at what is now Grifols for many years and then the asphalt/concrete construction business in Wilson for years.
Shane currently resides in Four Oaks with his wife, Rhonda. They have three sons and two daughters, all of whom are now grown and doing well! Shane grew up around a family owned building supply company during his formative years and developed a lasting interest in the materials and construction of houses. More importantly, he developed a passion for helping people involved with the building process, but also the customers who would make those houses their homes. That same passion has evolved to include helping clients with buying and selling real estate.
Shane excels at helping people navigate the usually emotional journey of buying/selling property. He has a calm and professional demeanor, combined with decades of knowledge and experience in business, particularly construction. Shane cares about his clients and every other professional involved in getting clients to a successful closing. He builds his relationships on trust, communication and exemplary customer service.
